HDPE ColorCore^® Sheet

HDPE ColorCore^® is a versatile and durable HDPE sheet with color embedded into the sheet, rather than laminated. ColorCore^® is a colorfast material - its colors won't fade from exposure to the elements, making it an excellent material for signage and display applications. HDPE ColorCore^® will not rust, delaminate, or rot, resists scratches and graffiti, and is made to handle more abuse than conventional sign materials.

Unlike other signage materials made where color is achieved through lamination, HDPE ColorCore^® is manufactured with the proprietary PolyFusion process which embeds layers of color into a single sheet. HDPE ColorCore^® retains the benefits of standard HDPE and will not delaminate, crack or chip.

HDPE ColorCore^® will not fade in the sun. HDPE ColorCore^® is weather resistant and UV stabilized to resist deterioration in the harshest of outdoor environments. Additionally, the color of HDPE ColorCore^® is fused into the sheet itself as opposed to laminated as seen on other conventional sign materials.

HDPE ColorCore^® is waterproof and ideal for areas that are washed often or regularly exposed to moisture. HDPE ColorCore^® is also resistant to a wide variety of cleaning solutions and other chemicals.
