UHMW Outrigger Pads

Plastic outrigger pads are made from UHMW. Unlike outrigger pads made from wood or metal, UHMW are virtually unbreakable and will not splinter, rot, swell, rust, corrode, or otherwise deform if exposed to water. UHMW outrigger pads are waterproof, work in a variety of temperatures, and are easy to clean - all at 15% the weight of steel.

Outrigger pads should always be used in order to prevent damage to trailer jacks and disperse the weight that heavy machinery puts on a concentrated surface area and are recommended for terrain where the surface is not level or has been dampened by rain.

Though not strictly required, UHMW outrigger pads are highly recommended to minimize the chance of costly repairs due to damaged jacks or machinery. UHMW is virtually unbreakable - outrigger pads made from it can handle compressive loads of up to 2500 pounds per square inch.

Outrigger pads made from UHMW are used to absorb and disperse the concentrated weight that a heavy piece of machinery or RV trailer puts on the ground by creating a larger surface area for the stabilizers to rest on.
